Q: How do I customize my order?
A: After you add to cart, use the order notes to describe your theme, colors, and any special requests. We'll confirm everything by email within 1 business day before we start.
Q: What's the minimum order?
A: Minimum is 5 bags/products
Q: Can you match a specific theme?
A: Almost always yes. Send us the theme, a Pinterest board, or even just the kid's favorite movie — we'll figure it out.
Q: How far in advance should I order?
A: 7 business days is best. Rush orders are possible — just ask and we'll tell you the truth about whether we can pull it off.
Pickup & delivery
Q: Where are you located?
A: Anaheim Hills, CA. We'll share the pickup address by email when your order is ready.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes — free delivery within 10 miles of Anaheim Hills (covers most of Orange County). For anything farther, we'll quote delivery at checkout.
Q: Can you deliver to a birthday party or sports field directly?
A: Often yes! Tell us the address and time in the order notes and we'll work it out.
Food & allergies
Q: Are your treats allergy-friendly?
A: We offer nut-free, gluten-free, and sugar-free versions on request. All treats are individually wrapped. Please list allergies in the order notes.
Q: Where do the treats come from?
A: We source from a mix of grocery and specialty suppliers — always checking expiration dates and packaging integrity. We prefer locally sourced when we can.
Pricing & bulk orders
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
A: Yes — orders of 20+ bags get 10% off. For team, classroom, or corporate orders, email us for a custom quote.
Q: Can I see a sample before placing a big order?
A: For orders of 50+ bags we're happy to send a single sample first (sample cost + shipping, credited back to your final order).

A: Email us immediately — seriously. We'll make it right.
